Reads one transaction with its legs and its linkage: which transaction it reverses, which reversed it, and the exchange group it belongs to, if any.

GET/v1/ledgers/{ledgerId}/transactions/{txnId}

Reads one transaction with its legs and its linkage: which transaction it reverses, which reversed it, and the exchange group it belongs to, if any. Note that a refund posted as a contra entry is an ordinary transaction, not a reversal; only this endpoint's linkage fields say what a reversal is.
