Returns one shard of a system account. Without seed the shard is chosen at random, which is what a fresh posting wants.

GET/v1/ledgers/{ledgerId}/system-accounts/find

Returns one shard of a system account. Without seed the shard is chosen at random, which is what a fresh posting wants. With seed the choice is a stable function of the seed, so a caller that passes its own Idempotency-Key as the seed rebuilds byte-identical legs on a crash-retry instead of landing on a different shard and tripping the replay's request-hash check.
