Pending postings
Read one pending, whatever its state
Reads one pending in any state - pending, posted, voided or expired.
GET
/v1/ledgers/{ledgerId}/pendings/{pendingId}Reads one pending in any state - pending, posted, voided or expired. The end states are distinct on purpose: a caller repairing after a lost commit needs to tell a capture from a cancellation from a lapse, not just that the reservation is gone.

The reserve half of a two-phase posting.
Cancel a reservation without postings
Cancels an active reservation and releases the funds, writing no entries at all: a voided pending leaves no trace in the books beyond its own record, because nothing ever moved.
