Opening balance, the movements in between, and closing balance over a range of effective time.

GET/v1/ledgers/{ledgerId}/accounts/{accountId}/statement

Opening balance, the movements in between, and closing balance over a range of effective time. Opening and closing always cover the whole range; limit bounds only the lines, and when it truncates them the statement says so with truncated: true rather than presenting a partial list of lines that cannot reconcile to the totals shown. limit is clamped to the contract maximum.
