Reads one account: its natural key, status, credit limit, version and current balance.
/v1/ledgers/{ledgerId}/accounts/{accountId}Reads one account: its natural key, status, credit limit, version and current balance. An account in a ledger the caller does not own is ledger_not_found, never an account belonging to somebody else.
